We are a leading sales and marketing firm in the Tallahassee area - seeking entry level Account Managers that can be trained into Management.
We offer entry-level Account Management positions to qualified candidates seeking an opportunity in promotional marketing, sales and management. We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in making an impact at our company as a future leader of the firm and to become part of the management team. While training for the Management roll within the company - Account managers will receive BASE SALARY
bonuses ( NOT STRICTLY COMMISSION )
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
Marketing opportunity for revenue
Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
Responsible for branding, advertising, company events and promotional collateral
Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories
This is NOT a Telemarketing Business to Business or Residential Door-to-Door Position.
Qualifications for the Sales & Marketing Management- Marketing and Sales Firm Position listed below:
- Can work FULL TIME
- Lives within the Nashville area and has a start date of no longer than 2 weeks away
- Flexibility to travel to other offices
- Strong interest in supervising and training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to take risks and embrace innovation
- Demonstrated leadership potential
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
